      Well, going under the assumption that EVENTUALLY the new offices
would be staffed with local operatives, a NON-US training facility seems
like a good idea.  Would BE fly prospective employees, en mass, from
South Africa to Alanta and then back again?  I have to assume not
everyone passes the training course.  That kind of expense could strain
the company.  A european training center might be a good idea.
