       Um, were you taking into account the bullet drop at 1000m+?  was he 
making the windage adjustments and all before each shot? for instance, the 
scope needs to be readjusted from a 700m shot to a 200m shot......and the 
loss of perception at 24x magnification is horrific......the rules don;t make 
it too easy, you just have to take the rules at more than face value....how 
many seconds does it take to readjust from a long distance to a short 
distance? to reaquire a target after a shot with a 24x scope?
