Well the Ukrainian Special Police and Spetznatz use the Yesaul, which is a 5
shot  revolver that fires the 5.45mm rifle cartridge...or how about the
Thunder Five (shotgun shells)? Freedom Arms and Taurus both make wheelguns
chambered for the .454 Casull...depends on the definition of 'Big', as Mr
Hansen pointed out.
