Re: US Constitution query



The $200 tax is only for NFA weapons; full-auto rifles, short barreled
rifles, short barreled shotguns.  I am not sure weather suppressors fall
under the $200 tax or the lower "any other weapon" tax, which I think is $20
or $50.  Most states do not require registering or taxes on "normal" rifles,
shotguns, or handguns.  Although, some cities and states have various
requirements.
