My first thought was 'anti-radiation missile' and that
journos had screwed things up again. Second theory
that then occurred would be active overburn jamming. I
suppose that you could bung a jamming system into a
missile with a short burst powerpack of some type, but
ground based jamming would seem to be a more realistic
option.
