Duh.  Bingo.  I see it, but neglected to look at it
when I was looking through the book for details.  I
was focusing on text.

There still is the question of whether or not the
South/Central American office was opened and where, if
it became a Theatre Office with more offices in the
area, as well as expansion in the Far East Theatre or
even Eastern Europe.

This is all virgin territory.  This sort of thing
would have to happen during very late 1999 or during
2000.  Has the MEFHCP expanded the BE/BE offices?
