not a wise thing to test! You might just get used for target practice on our

Heh. Agreed.

Oddly enough, I actually HAVE heard of rules 21, 22, 27, 55, 77, 108, 145,
146, 152(f), & 159... although not codified in quite that manner before -
MOST ESPECIALLY rule # 77 (anyone remember Greenham Common and the "people
in comforable shoes" problem?)!
