Well, I am not sure whether the numbers themselves would have much relevance
to ME users, just the relativities... you see, sacrilegious as it sounds, I
don't run my campaigns with Millennium's End rules (with the exception of
vehicle chasing and crashing rules - they're excellent!). I have my own
homegrown rules called GunMaster that I spent around 10 years (on & off)
writing. GunMaster actually uses a medieval(!) FRPG system called HarnMaster
as the backbone (another excellent system), with input from 3G^3 and a slew
of gaming systems (including Millennium's End) and tons of resources
(research in the library, actual test firing of various weapons, interviews
with Australian SAS troopers, US marines, Hong Kong ex-Special Branch
operatives (VIP protection and SDU), and US police officers, including
SWAT). If I weren't a die-hard HarnMaster GM from way back in the late
eighties, I probably would have gone with the Millennium's End system after
I'd discovered it, but seeing as I had already spent so much time on
GunMaster... :-)

It's probably of no interest to you all, but GunMaster and other related
files are freely downloadable from the following URL:
