Re: BE & Competition; RE: New Blackeagle/Blackeagle offices

Thank you, I was wondering why I couldn't find any current info.

The firearms restrictive countries are there and about 80% of the world.
Just look at the UN Small Arms Fact Sheet. In fact, the US is the only
country that I know of that allows the type of firearm ownership it does. I
stated earlier that ME is fiction, based in reality and holds to the real
world closely. As fiction, the GM can work out how to work within the
system of laws in the host country. Or the operatives can ignore it, at
their peril. And as Mark said, lack of firearms doesn't mean lack of
effectiveness. The players just have to think more, instead of answering
problems with gunfire. It would change the flavor of many operations and
for operatives used to using and carrying firearms it would produce unique
challenges.
From a purely personal and gaming standpoint...guns are fun.
I think the current list of expansion countries; Hungary, Argentina,
Malaysia, are exotic enough to provide interesting back drops and modern
enough that the office will not be out of some farmers barn. In these
regions there will also be plenty of work for the offices.
