Accidental deaths usually occur from inattentive handling.  You are handling 
your gun all day every day, but with attentiveness that prevents accidental 
discharges and thus aaccidental deaths.  Doctors use their skills all day, 
but with a significant degree of inattentiveness that leads to a high number 
of accidental deaths and a staggering number of  mistakes that are not fatal.
