I carry my Glock 36 daily.  Never shot it in anger

Then why carry it?

Just curious ...

Because on that unfortunate day where he will need his gun, he will
have it.  How many people get injured in a car accident and say "I wish I had
fastened my seatbelt."........

Anyone see Grosse Point Blank?  When they were going back to his High
School reunion?  And he said, "I should have brought my gun?"   and
then...inside, he gets attacked by an assasin?  granted, not an everyday
occurance for most of us, but  i think my point stands.  We pay millions of
dollars a year for insurance, on our hoouses, on our cars......on oour lives.
A gun is just more insurance against those in our society that do not
respect laws and law-abiding citizens.
