 I think security mission at large scale is definitely
not from the resort of BE/BE, cause it's to static and
reactive for the kind of operatives BE empoyes. Perhaps a
BE Cell could be use as temporary security consultant, in
order to test the security routines.
 But Cham is right when a speaks of counter-
infiltration: that's the job a cell could handle with good
chance of success, for the a governement, who usually lacks
efficient personnal for this kind of mission.
 The question of cells being employed by undercover
terrorist group is also interresting, and fits well with
the typical ME scenarii: what will do the operatives when
they'll discover they are clearing the way for the bommbing
of a civilian american target?
