Starting equipment

I would like to get some comments on what is missing in this firm
starter kit. 
My idea with the following list of equipment is, that it is given to
every new starting person in the firm and like the basic equipment
cop/solder would get. 
Note that the equipment is not for the firm BE/BE, but it should be
useble in a BE/BE setting.
doe this make any sense - else say so and I will make some try to use
some better english.

This is your standard equipment. Your are responsible for it's where about, working order and use/misuse. Any lost or misplace equipment is your responsibility to replace. Any used ammunition, can only be replaced if a copy of the ROU(Report Of Use) is given to the person responsible for equipment.

I here by state that I have understood the rules and responsibility for the given equipment.
