I think this opens up an argument for creating "God Forbid" bags for
all sorts of things, as the general consensus is that a lot of the
stuff is on an "Ask L&P when you need it" basis.

forensic kits,
video/audio surveillance kits,
Survival Kits (area/environment specific),
Computer Intrusion/Protection kits

all of which would be standardised across BE/BE.

this original list is a little overly tactical, BE aren't soldiers
first, they're investigators too...
