Somhow the mentioned URL worked two minutes ago, and some quick notes on it:

- the "banner" is way too big, pixel and kb-wise

- I'd align the graphic and the text in some way. Or better, choose a 
screen resolution (like 800x600) and design the whole site for it. The 
alternative (make the site look good in any screen resolution) is a lot of 
work, which would IMO better be spend on putting up content.

- If you're planning to do the whole website with nutscape composer, think 
again ;)

- Maybe you should insert some metatags now, to make life easier for search 
engines

- Insert a copyright notice. ("(c) 2000 Jeff Pawlowski. All rights 
reserved.") and a disclaimer. You never know ;)

- Maybe you should put up a brief description of what you're planning to do :)
