I am pretty sure he meant something like "Outlook Express", "Netscape 
Messenger" (or what the heck it's called) or "Eudora Pro". These are all 
freeware, and if you have a browser installed on your computer you should 
already have one of the above (ok, not if you use Opera...). All of these 
clients allow to filter mail into specific folders, so you have all your 
mail from this list in the "ME" folder, or the like. So your list-mails are 
not mixed up with the other emails you receive. Adding a "ME" manually is, 
sorry, a serious PITA... feel free to email me, I can't sleep anyway :) , 
so instead of looking at the ceiling I might help you with this.
