One idea may be to consider that any time in a Special Forces Group (SAS,
SBS, Commando, Paras, Gurkhas, SEALS, Rangers, Green Berets, Desantniki,
Spetznatz, etc.) Intelligence (SIS, SRV, CIA, MOSSAD...)or high end law
enforcement (Metro CT, MI5, FBI, SWAT) or any regular military service in a
Zone of Conflict (nod to festus' mates) as advanced education time would be
acceptable, except for the consideration of monies it works pretty good.

I no longer use the old character generation system, I have found the one
provided on Virtual Pender's website to be outstanding (personal taste). In
regards to how much cash one has, I research the payscales, expenses for the
area in which they lived and work it out from there.... alright, I make it
up based upon what I can glean.

By the way is it true a pint in London costs 5 bob now?
