I hope I didn't cut anything relevant, but to my knowledge only "collectors"
are allowed to buy automatic weapons. Semiauto versions of assault rifles
and SMGs on the other hand are allowed to at least reservists. Of course it
is easier to get licenses in northern Finland than in Helsinki.
